Looking for a Character Designer for Simple, Playful Mascot in Korean Cafe Aesthetic Style

I'm in need of a Korean cafe aesthetic style simple yet adorable drawing of a mascot (brand identity) for my matcha business. I don’t want the character to look complex and drawn heavily (check attached photos to understand the concept). The character should be playful (could be sleepy, silly) in expression, simple to the eye yet cute and memorable. Also it does not specifically related to matcha it’s just a silly little mascot.

Details:
- Drawing Style: I will attach reference photos of the style I want. It's a very simple and aesthetic doesn’t take much skill mascot.
- Character: The mascot should be a random character that is cute and playful. Not heavily drawn/too many lines. Korean cafe aesthetic style vibe. It does not have to incorporate elements of matcha or tea.
- Expression: Could be whatever that comes off playful/silly such as a sleepy mascot.
- I only want one drawing of the mascot that I can stick everywhere. No need more multiple reactions or faces from the character. It’s one simple drawing to draw for everywhere use.

Ideal Skills:
- Knows how to draw
- Experience in creating character designs / mascots
- Ability to understand and replicate a specific drawing style (!!!!!)
- Creativity in designing a playful mascot.
- Patience because I can be slightly picky and want adjustments
- Familiar with the aesthetic of Korean cafes
