London based - Email Marketing - write and manage sending

I work as a Business Developer for www.polobar.co.uk and I am looking for someone who can help create the newsletter in Polo Bar style, this would then need to be sent by you to the database.
We collect lots of email addresses weekly as people sign in to use the Wi-Fi, we have tried to use Mailchimp but now need to outsource this project. We like to do one monthly.
We also need help with the general art working – such as posters for outside A board and table promotional display.
We would require the person to be able to travel to the Polo Bar in person on occasions, The Polo Bar is based by Liverpool Street Station in London
