Logo needed FAST

I need a logo for my business created real fast. I bought one off Etsy but they still haven't delivered right and I'm hoping someone here can make something that I like and send it to me and whatever forms I need like PNG or whatever the standard is. Attached is a file of what the other person did and I'm fine with it but he was supposed to send me three choices and in PNG and I never got it. Can you do something better? I need a few choices if we agree and different from each other. Also need something for social media
