Logo for youtube channel

Hello, I would like a graphic designer who is able to help me to create my image on youtube. By image I mean:

Colors of my channel
Logo (Different colors)
Banner
Frame for webcam
Waiting window
etc

As a final result I hope to obtain all the above described in its source file and the extensions that are requested.

If this job is done well, I will hire the designer again for a second similar project.
