Logo for a restaurant call: AVIVA (means "enliver")

I'm looking to have a logo designed for my new restaurant, AVIVA. The name, which means "enliver" in Hebrew, gives off a refreshing and energizing vibe, and I want the logo to reflect that. I'm looking for the logo to have a minimalist style, and for the colors to be soft and muted tones. Finally, I would like to incorporate typography into the design.
