Logo for dental practice

I am looking for a logo designer to create a modern and minimalist logo for my dental practice. I have specific ideas in mind for the colors and symbols to be included in the logo. I would like the logo to include both the name of the dental practice and an icon.

-Full front of shop signage, fully designed and set-up ready for manufacturing
-Social media logo format
-File formats for business cards, shopping bags. website etc
-File set up for production to be used for your interior wall logo
- File(s) set up for your social media platform display pictures

I already have a good idea of what I would like doing but open to interpretations and improvements based on your creativity.
The actual logo I would like a D with a small xo running along the line work
