Logo development

I have 2 JPG pictures that I purchased from shutterstock. I need them manipulated and created into a new logo. Details will be given in messages to the right talented individual. Looking for someone that can get this done within the next couple hours and has experience creating this in .eps or high resolution for printing banner.
