Logo design on the basis of a image template

For this project, I'm looking for a designer to create a logo for my brand on the basis of a provided image template. The goal is to create a logo that looks similar to the template, and include specific colors that I specify. The logo should be of standard square size (400 x 400px) unless a custom size is requested. Additionally, the logo should have a transparent background.
Two versions are to be created (single-line and double-line).
