Logo design task

I am starting a Craft spirit distillery. The name is desert storm distillery, I would like to go with a simple design. My background is I worked in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh as an ex-pat and distilled alcohol on the side now I'm back in South Africa and starting up my new company. I have basic Ideas for the Logo but need your creative input.
