Logo design needed

I would like to have a logo design for a manufacturing company. This is an IT related startup. On later stage we will be requiring the complete branding for the company. Include I can in your bid. I dont need cartoon based logos. An icon plus the company name would be perfect. Similar to apple, micorsoft etc.
