Logo design/graphic for company

the logo I'm looking to have made is the numbers 11 but I want the number to look like a burnout mark a tire left on the ground. not just straight down but have the hook the number 1 has at the top like the little hook not a straight line down and have it start at the top of the 1 at the hook and look like a tire mark that's a streak and light like faded to start and gets heavy as it does down the 1. I want the tire marks to be black and then the name performance next to it and have a clean thick bold looking font easy to read. and have the number 11 burnout marks like the number 11 is the burnout mark and it then curves at the bottom of the 11 maybe underlines performance or goes through the P and behind the name performance. something like that I'm open to creativity and some tire smoke possibly in a the background as white smoke and the name performance in a darker blue but not fully dark blue and also id like to see it in dark green and see which I like better. have the color of the name performance start at the P and fake out into black at the E but slowly fade to black. and the A in performance be a detailed turbo maybe oversized from the text slightly and have the turbo housing the end part facing down at like a 5 o clock angle so it looks like a hand written lowercase "a".
