Logo design - up grade old one with modern touch

We are using our current logo for a long time. And we are looking for a skilled graphic designer to modernize our current logo. We want to keep the same basic structure and color . In other words we want an update without losing the primary characteristics of its original logo.

Along with the logo, you will create favicon and other logo related images that will go with it. You will give us source codes.
