Logo design for property services company

My business is property services and construction. I will be doing an array of home projects both big and small. I do not like the term Handyman, and do not want to label myself as a construction company either. I want to blanket my business under property services, so I can encompass all types of work. The name is going to be Squared Up Property Services LLC. I was thinking of something along the lines of a framing square incorporated into a house with the name along the bottom going across the front of the house. Maybe the roof of the house is like the up arrow? I also live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
