Logo design

Hello my name is Aaron and I have a sketch that I'd like to have converted into a logo for my dj company 83 Sound Ltd. I'd like a circle design logo with the circle being designed like a dj controller jogwheel. On the face of the jog wheel will be the number 83 in a Retro Vintage font below the 83 will be a banner that has Sound Ltd on it. Flanking on both side will be speakers playing music . Confetti will shoot from behind each speaker upward diagonally both sides. Just underneath the banner will be clouds like from a fog machine. I will include a rough sketch I put together. I also wanted to incorporate som music notes ? by the speakers in some way.
