Logo creation from existing design

I have a logo designed for the most part. It's a combination of different idea but they're all there. I need someone to create it by hand and output a few different versions.. some with tag lines, dark and light version of everything and banners same so approx 8 output files in high res. It is a variation of the PNG file posted to this project. I want to make certain edits to it. The 8 output files are variations of the same logo, different backgrounds, tagline or not etc.. It's only one logo to design. I have nothing other than the PNG file I attached. There is no other files. This is a FIXED PRICE project don't come to me surprised there are 8 files to output and that I don't have the file to hand you to edit. As one freelancer already found out, I don't play games. Project is very clear. Bid if you can do it in the timeframe your bid says you can. Thanks for looking.
