Logo creation and brand guidelines

Creation of a logo for a multi-sectorial investment fund. An umbrella brand that will have multiple sub brands, would be nice to have variation of the logo in different colors for the different sectors for each sub brands. We already have a logo idea that can be used for inspiration but open to new propositions. Detailed brand guidelines needed and business card design.
