Logo concept for construction company

I am looking for a logo concept for my construction company. I have a specific symbol or icon and colour scheme in mind that I would like to incorporate into the design so I need someone that can make it a reality. The style of our logo should be modern, so the designer should take this into account when creating the logo. Our logo will need to be medium sized for our marketing materials.
