Logo & brand package for realtor

Hello. I am looking for a logo designer who can design an ORIGINAL logo for a realtor client of mine. It’s very important that the logo CANNOT be artwork taken from the internet. It must be original work. This would be followed by completion of a brand guidelines booklet (template provided) and folder containing brand fonts, images and all different vector and raster versions of the logo.
