Logo (already designed, only executing to have the correct alignment and files)

I have a logo that has already been designed, but I need someone to execute it correctly and provide me with the correct alignment and files. I require the final logo in JPEG and PNG formats. I have specific dimensions in mind that are small and medium-sized, suitable for app icon, website and email signature use. Therefore, I need someone who is skilled in logo execution and has experience in creating logos for different mediums.
