Logo Refresh

I'm looking for a graphic designer to modernize my logo. The current design seems too flat and lacks dimension. I want to see gradients, shadows, textures, and maybe even some green neon backglow incorporated into the design. It should look great on a black background, with an alternate color scheme for white backgrounds as well.

Ideal Skills:
- Graphic Design
- Logo Design
- Modern Design Trends
- Understanding of Color Schemes
- Proficiency in Design Software
