Logo Redesign and Branding

Looking for someone artistic and creative to redesign my logo and branding to something more fresh and creative. It is a mortgage broker (finance) business called Blackrock Lending www.blackrocklending.com.au. I am also about to start redesigning my website but need a new logo and branding to do that. All artwork will need to be in formats that can be used across all marketing items such as business cards, website, printed flyers, social media, email signatures etc. I have attached an example of my current logo.
