I'm seeking a talented logo designer to revamp our current logo. We have a clear vision for the direction we'd like to take, and we're looking for someone who can bring our ideas to life. This project will focus exclusively on redesigning our primary logo, with no need for alternatives for social media or other platforms. The primary motivation for our redesign is to create a unique logo that sets us apart from the common sphere-like icons often associated with network or internet connections.
IMPORTANT: We'd like to work based on ideas and mockup ideations first. We are designers, so we want to be involved in the process. We don't want to receive a final version next day.
Scope of Work:
1 - Vector Format: The final redesigned logo must be delivered in a vector format, meticulously crafted without any bitmap elements, clipart, or other non-vector components.
2 - Concept Exploration: We value creativity and conceptual thinking. Before moving on to digital design, we require initial ideas, mockups, or sketches to be presented as hand-drawn concepts on paper. These concepts should be captured by taking a photo or scanning the paper and sharing the resulting image. These initial concepts should not be elaborate artworks but should communicate the essence of the logo's new direction.
3 - Visual Aspect and Technique: We have an example logo that captures the desired visual aspect and technique we're aiming for. The designer should incorporate this aspect while adding their unique touch.
4 - Simplicity and Impact: We also have an example of a simple yet impactful logo form that resonates with us. We appreciate designs that convey meaning without abstract elements.
5 - Final Selection: Once we review the initial hand-drawn concepts, we will select the most promising option to be refined and finalized as the new logo redesign version. The chosen design will then be developed according to the specifications outlined.
Timeframe:
We recognize that creativity is fueled by inspiration, and we hold the quality of the work in high regard. While we acknowledge the importance of time, we are open to affording a reasonable period to ensure optimal outcomes.
