Logo Recreation with White Outline

I'm looking for a professional who can recreate my existing logo with a white outline.

Please note the following:
- The current logo is in a PNG format.
- I have the original design files, so you won't need to start from scratch.
- The original design files were created using software other than Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
