Logo Recreation and Watermark Creation

I'm looking for a designer to recreate my existing logo with minor changes and create a watermark featuring the TM symbol.

Requirements:
- Minor adjustments to the current logo
- Creation of a watermark with TM symbol
- Provide a proper logo file with transparent background
