Logo & Profile Redesign

I need a logo redesign. I will attach the current logo I have. I want this to be done into one Hexagon instead of multiple ones with a kind of digitized effect (like the old Windows logo attached).

In addition, I will provide a profile design to look at and provide all the content for my profile so that you can create one for me.
