Logo Finalization Needed

I need a designer to finalize two versions of my logo.
Requirements:
- Web Version (3D, perpespectives, effects etc): HD formats like webp, png, etc.
- Demo Version: Special background featuring lightnings
- Illustrator Version : For pins, printing, etc.

Current state: I have beta versions already, but need adjustments on layout, proportions, and text color harmonization.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
