Logo Design with disintegration effect

I need to have a logo designed for a technology based company. The logo I'd like should start with an image I have, and disintegrate into a binary bit stream of 1's and 0's. The attached image shows a similar look to what I'd like to see.

Project should be quoted as fixed price only. Deliverables should include files that can be used for websites, business cards, embroidery or any other purpose.
