Logo Design for my new women clothing brand -- 2

I am looking for a logo designer to create the logo for my new women's clothing brand. Specifically, I am looking for an icon & text logo. While I don't have a particular idea in mind for the logo, I do have some guidelines I'd like the designer to keep in mind. As for colors, I am open to any suggestions.
