Logo Design for Zenterprise Consulting

Zenterprise Consulting is the business name that the owner (Zack) set up to operate under. Zack is a digital accessibility expert contracted out to companies to provide consultation on making digital products (websites, presentations, client facing interfaces, etc.) accessible to all users, regardless of disability. Looking for something modern and reproducible for stationary, business cards, email signatures, etc. The logo should consider accessibility standards in the design (ex. avoiding something someone color blind could not see, avoiding something too stylized for people with low vision). Would think the "Z" should be a central focus (owner name is Zack Z., hence the "Z" in Zenterprise). Would steer away from anything playing upon "Zen". I think I'm attracted to something like these two - text along with some image - possibly something incorporating the letter Z into the image design. See attached references.
