We strive to strengthen and increase the capacity of organizations and individuals, by providing consulting services and leadership coaching. Target audience: non-profit organizations, people-centered companies, and the leaders that work for them.

The idea for the name This Way Up came from instructions that are often seen on shipping boxes as is depicted in two of the attached pictures. At the core of our work is the desire to have organizations and people remove any barriers in the way of their growth and development, so they can rise up to their true potential. I am also moved by the image attached of a bird in flight. Maybe something like this could be incorporated into the design representing our message about spreading your wings to soar above what was holding you back. This image maybe could appear at the top of the arrow serving as the point of the arrow, but I'm open to other ideas too!
