Logo Design for Overseas Consultancy Firm

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to create a logo for my overseas consultancy firm. Name of firm is ‘I-Migrow’
Here's what I have in mind:
-Colors: I prefer the use of Blue, Red, Black, and Grey in my logo or a combination of any of these like red grey & white for example.
-Style: The design should be modern.
-Symbols: I would like to incorporate a globe, font play, and an elephant tooth in the design.
