Logo Design for Consulting Company

Hi there,
I am looking for a moderate to highly experienced graphic or logo designer to assist me with starting my consulting company.
I am currently in need of a logo to use for business cards, email signatures, and to add to reports and proposals. I will also be creating a website and social media accounts later during 2023. I would like to develop a relationship during this first logo design job to potentially work together on future branding initiatives.
The name of my company is Reforge Consulting. We primarily provide sustainability consulting and operations consulting services to the Non-Profit Sector. I believe we quite literally need to reforge the world into a better place and my aim is to assist the NPO sector in panel beating models to be sustainable and future proof.
I quite like the axe or hammer symbols, which would be nice to see incorporated. I also quite like minimal designs and am open to using the "R" in Reforge as a decorative symbol which can also be used to brand documents or work where the larger, full logo is not suitable
I am, however, very open to suggestions, and would like to hear your experienced thoughts on my job post. I have also attached images of example logos which I find aesthetically appealing, for your review and comment.
