Logo Design - Eatable business

i am going to start a small business selling all kinds of eatables( snacks/processed food/staples/Nuts/Fruit/.......) Though i have vision for big scale business, going to start in a small scale only. But i expect the logo going to be created should be something commercially special/unique/catchy/highly creative/........as i need not make any changes in logo even when my business grows to very high level. i need a logo to be created for my business in such a way.
