Logo Alignment and Vector Conversion

I'm seeking a professional to edit my logo. The task involves aligning specific design elements and modifying some text. The logo needs to be saved as a digital vector after these adjustments.
Key Tasks:
- Correctly align various elements of the logo (helmet needs to be behind the centre element, as it is on the opposite side. Other elements need to be drawn correctly, this logo has been made in AI, and isn't exactly correct, so anything that isn't correct needs to be corrected.
- Modify the text at the top of the logo (text needs align so that the & is directly over the point of the compass. Text needs to read ABOVE & BELOW)
- Save the edited logo as a digital vector as it is going to be used for lots of different formats, and also may be made into a coin.
The perfect freelancer for this job should have an eye for detail, proficient in graphic design software (like Adobe Illustrator), and experienced in preparing files for digital use.
