Logo Adjustment and Text Integration

I need create 3 logo-images based on my _already_ existing logo file. The main tasks involve resizing and adding simple company name text.

Requirements:
Result output could be .ai, or .psd, and .png or .jpg
1. Plain logo:
- Size: 76x76 px, 96 dpi (or similar dpi)
- Format: .ai (existing file)

2. Logo + company name (for light website theme):
- Size: 380x80 px, 96 dpi (or similar dpi)
- Text: Darker color

3. Logo + company name (for dark website theme):
- Size: 380x80 px, 96 dpi (or similar dpi)
- Text: White

Font Style: Preferably sans-serif, but I'm open to suggestions.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar
- Experience with logo design and modification
