Logo Adjustment and Centering

I need an existing logo modified to better fit my needs.

Key adjustments needed:
- Modify the shape of the logo
- Resize elements within the logo
- Adjust spacing between various elements

While I don't have strict brand guidelines, I do have some preferences that I can share.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
