Arabic to Spanish Translation

I need a translator fluent in Spanish and Arabic who also can understand English, or a native of either language to translate verbal English grammar words of nine hundred pages documents to be used for teaching and learning purposes. Each page of the document contains at least one to three hundred and fifty words and has a total of thirty five chapters each extending to three pages, now what is required of the translator!

The article has a lot of errors, unfinished sentences, wrong spellings, and misplaced and misused punctuation marks among others. While translating, translator is required to observe and take note of every single error found so fixing and correction can be executed to produce a neat work. Translator should be bilingual or polyglot because most lines and sentences were written in different languages. Nevertheless with these errors the use of any third party system like Google translating apps are highly prohibited and any use of any AI program will not be accepted.
