Lesson Plan Template in Google Sheets

I have one template. I’d like drop down boxes for each topic. I’d like to click on the Day of the Week to see just the one day. So……. If most of the info is put into Monday the teacher can switch to (click) on the other days and all info is there. If they need to make a minor edit to that say, they can. I'd like the template to look pretty and professional (something that would catch teacher's eye).
