Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and project objectives
- Design and create unique and memorable logos that reflect our brand values and vision
- Develop graphics and visual elements for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website content
- Ensure consistency in design aesthetics across different platforms and mediums
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, receiving feedback and incorporating changes as necessary
- Maintain organized design files and assets for future reference and use
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a logo designer and graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles
- Ability to interpret and translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
