JAAS Magic! E-business company looking for a logo design

A logo design for our new E-business company is needed. We are looking to sell merchandise with our logo on it, such as sunglasses, glass cans, t-shirts, etc. The idea that we have for the design is an eclipse or a moon with a star. Based on the psychology of the colors, we would like to have yellow, pink, purple, black and or gold, mix in there. The final design should be JAAS Magic!! (Just Magic!! :P)
