Innovative Logo Design for 'The Lead'

I'm looking for a designer to create a logo for a technology relatrd company, 'The Lead' based upon the image in the attached file. The image needs to be tidied up as the colours are different ie just one colour for the body of the rocket with the three "exhaust" bars being made a soft yellow/orange colour.
