Innovative Landscaping Logo Creation

I'm seeking a skilled logo designer to create an innovative and engaging logo that can become the face of my irrigation company. I would like a logo of a hawk's head with sprinkler streams instead of wings. Use the stream of water in the attached photo as a point of reference.
