Image for youth sport league

I am looking for a professional logo to represent a youth sports league for kids aged 4 to 12. We want the logo to be updated from the grandpa version of our beloved Spike, while continuing our Railroader traditions and values. Image 1 “Spike” needs an update/modernization making him more kid appealing while also hoping to have a never seen before female version “Spikette” since it is a coed youth group. Image 2 is a dust doodle with potential, but needs formalization. We are are volunteers who work to provide spring & fall sports to our little town. We organize coed Football & cheer in the fall & coed tball, Baseball & Softftball in the spring. This is a small dying town compared to its hay day during the canal & railroad eras. We work with few and limited resources to try to give our youth a skill, camaraderie and sportsmanship base before heading to high school athletics (Image 3- school mascot). Hoping someone will help us out by create info us a logo as a Railroader, with distinguishing us as our own group.
