Hourly work on Logo Design

I am looking for an experienced designer who can work with me hourly on creating a logo for my website. The logo will primarily be used on my website, so it needs to look great in a digital format.
Specific requirements for the logo include:
- Symbol or Icon style
- Color scheme and style preferences provided
- The logo should be eye-catching and memorable, while still being professional
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Experience in logo design, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well
