Hiring for brand design

I am looking for a skilled and experienced designer to create a logo for my brand, which is brand new and needs development. The logo should convey a sense of professionalism and sophistication, as my target audience is exactly that. The ideal candidate will have experience in logo design and be able to create a design that is both visually appealing and meaningful. I am open to suggestions for color palette and typography, but the focus is primarily on the logo itself.
