Graphic designer needed to design a company logo, real estate related

I need a simple logo for a real estate flipping business. I have an idea in mind about what I want. Needs to fit on a business card. The logo would contain 2 houses, one upside down and simple/plain looking, the other right side up and more a little more detailed and newer looking.
