Graphic Artist - Logos Photoshop

I am looking for a skilled graphic artist to design a logo for my new Wordpress website. The purpose of the logo is for branding and marketing. I have some specific colors and style guidelines in mind, but I am open to suggestions. I would like to see 2-3 initial logo concepts. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in logo design and proficiency in Photoshop. Attention to detail and ability to bring creativity to the project is a must.

This will be for on-going work per hour pay.
