Google Merchant Logo Approval Expert

I'm seeking a Google Merchant Account expert to assist with getting my rectangular logo approved in Google Merchant Center.

Requirements:
- Current Status: Square logo approved, rectangular logo repeatedly rejected.
- Issue: Google states rectangular logo is not readable on small screens.
