Fully customized and original design

I'm looking for something specific for a logo. I will share a brief and a moodboard but the work will need to be fully original (no templates).
The chosen designer needs to be proficient in optical illusions and 3d object design.
Ideally the logo will be hand-drawn first and then digitized.
I will request three black and white sketches and an iterated final version in color.
