Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community & Engagement Manager to lead our community-building initiatives and drive user engagement. This role is pivotal in enhancing user experiences, fostering partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic community engagement and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Motivation:
Develop and share motivational content to encourage members to log their diets and workouts.
Promote the utilization of AI-generated workout and diet plans, ensuring members derive maximum benefit.
Content & Program Development:
Design and introduce new diet plans and workout routines, including yoga sessions, accessible through the app.
Organize and promote weekend events and workshops (both online and offline) in collaboration with partners.
Partnership Development:
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with trainers and coaches to conduct events and workshops.
Facilitate connections between members seeking fitness coaches and our partner network.
Revenue Generation & Conversion:
Drive the adoption of AI-powered workout and diet plans.
Implement strategies to convert free members into paid subscribers.
Demonstrate the platform's value to partners, encouraging them to become paid members.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven experience in content creation and community management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
